Every compliance feature reflects a real auditor requirement.
Yes. All CHSK projects are quoted at a fixed price, in writing, before any work begins. Bespoke development is charged at £50 per hour, agreed in advance. If build time overruns the estimate by up to 20%, CHSK absorbs the additional cost at no charge to the client. Overruns beyond 20% require a revised written quote and client approval before work continues. All features are delivered fully tested and in working condition before invoicing.
The Cocktail Producers System is aligned with: ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management Systems (§8.5, §8.8, §8.9.3, §8.9.5, §7.5); ISO 22005:2007 Traceability in the Feed and Food Chain (§4.2, §4.3, §4.4, §4.5); EU Regulation 178/2002 General Food Law — Article 18 traceability; SALSA Standard Issue 6 (OPRP, §4.2, §3.2, §3.6); and BRCGS Food Safety Issue 9 (§3.9, §3.11, §4.4, §4.9.1). Certification is held by the food business using the platform, not by CHSK Ltd.
All data you enter remains your sole property at all times. CHSK Ltd claims no ownership over any customer data. A one-click full data export is available within Service Settings on all tiers. Following cancellation, a complete data export is delivered within 48 hours. CHSK retains a copy for 6 months before permanent deletion. The agreement is governed by UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
