All CHSK products excluding chocolate carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturer defects.

Small scratches can be present within the product; only deep scratches or those that make the appeal of the product inferior will be considered a manufacturer's defect. Small scratches on the back/non-visible areas will be ignored.

Chocolate products are not refundable.

Prior authorization is required for any returns, and they must be accompanied by purchase history and complete contact information. The product should be returned in new condition, still inside the original plastic bag provided by us.

International orders are subject to insurance and shipping value limits imposed by the destination country. The buyer assumes responsibility for all orders once they have been dispatched from CHSK Ltd.
