You need to provide your address at least 6 hours before your scan.
We recommend you shave before the scan. Hair interferes with the scan and will make the scan harder. It's possible, but it will take longer, so beware.
The scan takes between 15 minutes to 1 Hour.
When you purchase this service please make sure you do it with a registered account on our website. This will facilitate communication.
Be aware, that if you buy a scan from over 25 miles away and already paid, we will refund your money within 7 business days.
